Top notch quality
Wow! I was in the market for a good dip station that had bars high enough so that I wouldn't have to bend my legs at all when performing a dip and finally found this one. I read the good reviews on this product, the seller, XMark (Fitness), and saw the pictures and decided to spend the nearly $300 on it.PACKAGING - 10/10As others have stated, each part in the box was individually wrapped and protected during shipping. I'm really impressed with the packaging and level of care put into securing the contents. It says a lot about XMark Fitness.BUILD QUALITY - 10/10You'll need a wrench or preferably, a socket wrench, to put this together. The build quality is astoundingly good for something that I believe is marketed as a non-commercial piece of gym equipment. Extremely sturdy. This is easily the sturdiest and most durable piece of equipment that I have in my home gym. It far exceeds my expectations for a home gym. The entire package weighed 100 lbs, the materials are heavy duty, and you can really feel the weight in some of the larger parts. It came with the bolts, nuts, and washers needed without any extras when I finished putting it together. Follow the directions as some pieces have to be connected before others, even though it seems that you could go out of order. I had to undo a few connections I made, but it was fine. This took me about 2-3 hours to put together, but mostly because I was watching a few episodes of an extremely funny TV show and taking breaks for coffee and whatnot. Also, I put this together in my already overcrowded home gym, so I couldn't lay out the pieces to find what I needed very easily. If you have help or are used to putting a lot of things together, it'll go a lot faster. Once completed, I found that the equipment was really solid and heavy duty.DIP BARS - 9/10The bars are spaced out just right to avoid strenuous tension on the shoulders. I perform super deep reps on dips as I have extremely good shoulder mobility, and I can easily do so comfortably on this unit. I'm used to dip bars that extend further out away from the unit, so it may just be psychological with me, but I find it much easier to stay focused and perform ultra deep dips when facing away from the station. The bars are thinner than the oversized dip bars at the commercial gym that I went to before the coronavirus lockdowns, so it's just not something that I personally prefer. I currently weigh about 185 lbs (thanks to poor eating during the lockdown), but the unit doesn't even budge with me performing reps on it. The bars are somewhere between 48-53" high from the ground, so there is more than enough room to perform dips without any bend in your legs. At 5'10", I have no issues here.PUSHUP BARS - 8/10These bars are at the bottom of the unit and are pretty thin, but still very sturdy. The rubberized grip material has some give to it, so it can feel a bit as though it rotates in your hand, but it's not a real issue. I don't do my pushups on these as I have a set of parallettes that I use for deep pushups.CAPTAIN'S CHAIR/KNEE RAISE - 9/10This is pretty good as the padding is much better than I had expected. The spacing between the back pad and the hand grips is pretty good. Even my mother who is 5'3" had no issues with it. This is good for both men and women.SUMMARYThis is a very good buy on a normal day for a workout at home, but especially so now during the coronavirus lockdowns. Even if the gym has reopened, as it has in my area, equipment like this may convince you that you don't need to spend money on a monthly gym membership anymore. Honestly, I may be in that camp now having previously viewed home gyms as extremely subpar in quality and value. My thinking on this has changed in 2020 as I'm sure that it has for many others as well. Suppliers like XMark Fitness can help us stay strong and fit with high-quality equipment. For just under $300, this is well worth the money.OVERALL: 92%

AWESOME!
After multiple searches I was so happy to find this piece of equipment! It is heavy& sturdy so I have no concerns that it would fall over. All parts were sent and putting it together was not difficult for my husband. Quality through and through. It has multiple functions making it possible to do knee raises, vertical leg raises, calf raises and dips. Also, I had broken both my wrists and since recovery and an issue with one of them, I have not been able to do pushups, but with the push up grips on this I now will be able!! Awesome piece of equipment I will use daily!

Outstanding dip station
This is literally my first review ever of a product on Amazon. The reason I'm doing so now is because when great products like this are on the market, they deserve recognition so that the company can see that we want more stuff like this. If they don't get reviews, then they may abandon a product for marketing reasons or something else. However, what I want to say about this first is that thankfully it didn't come in damaged like so many products do like this. I'm building my own little home gym, and this dip station is AWESOME. Don't let the great value fool you...this is the type of dip station I remember from the high school football gym, very sturdy and the padding is top notch. They didn't cheat the buyer on this. All the parts were there in vacuum-sealed packaging and labeled, too, which was great. Each part was wrapped in plastic and the hard edges covered with cardboard for protection. Here are the pros and cons:Pros:1. Excellent production with sturdy parts and all the hardware to put it together (minus tools, get that out of your garage or something).2. Isn't too bulk and fits nicely in your workout space of a room, garage, etc.3. Beautiful design and quality construction4. Easy to put together (I did it in 1.5 hours by myself and I took my time), and the manual instructions were clear and easy (a little small for my eyesight, but that's just me)Cons:1. One of the last bolts I put in for the arm was hard to get in at first because the holes didn't align just perfect, but I slapped it with my palm and it pushed through...not enough to even deduct a half a star.Overall, this is everything I wanted in a dip station. It is configured for dips, knee lifts, and push ups. No, it doesn't have a pull up section, but if you want that, too, just buy a more expensive station that with it. This dip station is a definite 5-star product. If you are looking for something like this and wonder why any naysayers say what they do, just read my review and I hope it will set you at ease. You will not be disappointed. I know I'm not.
