The adhesive used around the edges overhanged the border of the screen which means it will get in the way when you put the screen into the iPad. Once it was hooked up there was a 1 cm dead spot running horizontaly across the middle of the screen when you hold the iPad in a portrait mode. Also the digitizer cable appeard as if it had been glued down at some point but was coming undone from the screen on the top and bottom.
