FOCALLURE BEAM Eyeliner - Party

The wand is quite thin so it's quite easy to use it as a liner.. but the particles are so so finely milled that it is more like a pigment than a glitter,if you apply it on ur lid the lid feels sticky for a very long time which can ruin your eyeshadow.. am not disappointed with this product it's all on ur tricks and techniques,, experiment with it for few days then you will understand how to use it appropriately..
