Seatcraft electric recliner rocks. I love it. It is super comfy and my spot to chill in the house. Only down side is my wife and kids love it as mush as me. I always gotta get them out of my recliner. I have 2 other electric reclining sofas from a different brand, they are pretty nice but the seatcraft recliner is much more comfortable. It was pretty easy to put the recliner together. All I had to do was pop the back piece into the slot. Took about 2 mins. All the electrical worked perfectly and the lights lit up like they are suppose to. The labtop table that pops into the slot is a nice touch. Cup holders are perfect for my beer. I'm a happy camper. I would recommend the recliner and brand.

Very happy with the recliner. Find it very comfortable, USB charging and LED lightings are very nice added features. Would have been nice to add some kind of storage for the remote/tray, probably challenging for a space saving design. Overall very good product.Just to add Seatcraft customer service personnel were very helpful.

was a great purchase. I was worried about height as I am 6'2" but chair is comfy in all positions. Only regret is I didn't get one with adjustable headrest height. Shipping was fast, set up time was less than it took to unpack it.

We just received Seatcraft Raleigh Manual Recliner advertised on Amazon and only had brief instructions on how to install the seatback. The instructions were poorly written and not much help. We could not find any instructions on how to operate other features of the chair including the manual recliner. And they did not provide a help contact or number. We thought when we paid the high price for the theater recliners we were buying quality. We are totally lost and have no idea where to start to find the answers to our questions. We could not find any help on the internet from Seatcraft Raleigh sights on how to deal with our issues. If we are unable to secure help from Seatcraft or next move will be to contact Amazon. In the meantime we have three recliners that won't recline and no instructions to tell us how to set up the USB and other features. Very disappointed consumer.
