How long does the scent last? How do ypu add more once it fades?

The scent is infused into the grains and made to last for a long while. Eventually it will fade.

Does it come in it’s own box so my child can read what it is/how it works?

Each Warm Pal is shipped with tags and instructions that explain what and how to use them!

How to save it when it gets soaked with water?

Pat dry with towel, then air dry out completely in a well ventilated area. If it wasn't soaking for a long period of time, then your Warm Pal should be fine. Do not microwave or freeze until you're sure it's completely dry. If you have further questions about the care of your Warm Pal, please message us!

Does this have bead eyes or sewn eyes?

It has sewn eyes. But I would definitely not recomend it due to the terrible odor it gives when heated.
