Many meal replacements just don’t get the job done...they are too expensive, don’t taste good, aren’t healthy, etc so you end up going back to a traditional lunch or breakfast that is time consuming and expensive. I enjoyed my Ample because it tastes great and requires no prep for my busy schedule. Definitely purchasing again!

I really like these. I bought a 6 pack of the 600 calorie vanilla. They are very easy to make, and really a good flavor, much better than most standard whey protein shakes. They make a great breakfast. I really like the nutrient mix they contain too.The problem is the price. At $7/serving, these are very expensive. That's over $200/month to have one for breakfast each day. It's really no cheaper to buy the bulk container either. Frankly, as good as they are, they don't even really fill me up, but I'm a pretty big eater. I would probably have 2 for breakfast if they weren't so expensive. I'm not sure I can justify these over other similar items that are far cheaper.

I rely on Ample for travel, hiking and rock climbing. It's the first meal replacement shake that tastes GOOD (really, I know, hard to believe given the soylent green on the market these days that's chalky and needs to be choked down or cut with sugary vanilla flavored soy milk or something). And it actually fills me up. I usually range between 3000 to 3500 calories a day with climbing and hiking and this can easily get me through half the day somehow. It's easy to add water or almond milk and shake, light weight when packing in my bag or storing around the office, and I can take it through airport security pre-mixed which is a godsend for international flights. It's a nice added bonus that my senior pharmaceutical analyst reviewed the ingredients and approves the lack of suspicious additives. Bravo Ample. Keep it coming. (PS: love the Keto-version too)

I've always been cautious of meal replacement shakes. So many taste...off... chalky...unappetizing... But I have been significantly impressed with Ample! The shake tastes great! And, more importantly, I can actually feel the benefits of the nutrition in each bottle. It inspires me to push a little harder in the gym and at work because I know my body and mind are getting sufficient nutrition to operate at their highest capacity. Drinking Ample is also a life saver when I've got a hectic or busy day and don't have time for a sit down lunch. I can literally get a solid dose of delicious and healthy, filling nutrition in just a few moments. I actually like the product and it's ingredients. The taste is good but sometimes the texture makes me gag. What I don't like is that it's expensive, the batch I received expires/is best by only 3 months, and on amazon, are non-returnable.

This is the second time I've had Ample. My first time was during a day skiing, thus avoiding costly and not so healthy mountain food and getting back on the slopes quickly. This time today, was during a busy workday where I didn't have time to go out and didn't want to raid the pantry for a Frankenstein meal of snacks. In both cases I felt just full enough (600 Cal) and easily able to keep going until dinner. Saving the time and alternative cost or health factor are real values for me. Thankfully the flavor and texture is nice, a bit like a malty vanilla thin shake. Apparently, I didn't adequately shake it up before adding water so there were doughy balls of powder. These are kinda like cookie dough in ice cream or the balls in bubble tea. They are kinda fun! Will be keeping the rest of the six pack in my desk.

First off, let me tell you, I really like ample. I was honestly surprised how good it taste when I first tried it. I've had other meal replacements and protein shakes and they don't compare.I feel clean after drinking Ample. Theres no crash or weird feeling like I'm putting something in me that I shouldn't.I use it anytime I need a quick meal on the go. The powder is great to take on backpacking trips as well.Negatives:I look forward to the bulk size option as I would like to use my own reusable bottle.
