Nothing but the best

I've been using this ruler a lot for woodworking and it's been great. It goes up to 30 inches on both sides and is the perfect sized ruler to not get in the way while you're working. Excellent quality as well.

I used these on the work bench I built for building Birdhouses. Work great for a quick reference. Built very strong and is a good value for the price.

Its exactly what it says it is. Good quality. Thick and sturdy, its not very flexible. Exactly what I was expecting.

I have mixed feelings about this. I didn't receive what the listing was for, Empire 4003 yardstick (36" by definition). I received the Empire 4004, 48" ruler. It's very long, solidly made, nice weight, very visible numbers/markings, lays flat... did I mention very long? I'll keep it and put it to use, hopefully I can handle it all right. My husband was eyeing it and checking it out, so that size may be useful for him too.

Use it in class. incredibly durable.I slam it with all my might on students desks to wake them, it barley even bends. The numbers and markings are completely gone after a full school year of use.

Straight and flat, does what it is supposed to do. I use mine to cut cardboard with a utility knife.

At Topstitch, it's important that my rulers don't move when drawing a straight line. I'm not a fan of cork back rulers , so it was nice that this one was heavy enough to stay in place.
