I found these several years ago in FL and have been hooked since. High protein, low sugar, great tasting. Breakfast fuel!

I have been eating these for years. A great crunchy bar that packs 13G of protein. These taste wonderful - like a wafer cookie covered in chocolate. These are great for an on-the-go protein snack - after the gym workout, during a hike, on a plane, or in a hotel when you missed breakfast! I like to have this bar with a bottle of water to keep up my protein and water intake. Any of the flavors are good, but I really enjoy my chocolate, so this is one of my favorites.

When I bit into one of the bars, I was surprised at how light and flakey it was, not dense and chewy like other protein bars I’ve tried. It was like biting into a mint KitKat. I’m not usually a mint chocolate type of person, but I figured if I put them in the fridge they would be tolerable cold, but I don’t need to do that. The cold actually takes away from the flavor a little I think. I went searching for other flavors since the mint was so good. I love almost anything salted caramel, so was very happy that was one of the flavors and have it and three other flavors on my list for future order. I’ve recently started a 12:12 fast and this is perfect with a cup of hot tea with milk at the end of my fast. I don’t feel hungry or have cravings hours after my fast when I eat one of these and it helps me extend the fast a little longer.

These bars are the perfect snack to get in some extra protein and to fill the sweet craving! The mint flavor is amazing — it’s going to remind you of thin mints. My husband and son love these so I’m grateful this large box of them is available — the store only had individual bars or small boxes.

These are one of my favorite protein bars. It’s like a treat. Very Tasty and takes the edge off when your need a snack.
