Eastland1955 Edition Women's Loafer

The shoe is well-made and the brown leather is beautiful, but it runs narrow. I don’t have a wide foot but I had to order return it and order a wide. I think if your foot is wide or you have bunions or somerhing, you will likely be disappointed. Interestingly, I have the same shoe in the mint from a few years ago and its much wider. Seems they changed the fit.

Very stylish looking and comfortable to work in.

I purchased a black pair of these in an 8 M in 2021, which I still wear regularly and they have held up very well. However, it seems like the sizing has changed, as the 9 W I ordered in Camel fits the way the regular 8 did when new. Definitely recommend sizing up and ordering wide if your feet are not narrow.

This is a great purchase! The leather is of high quality, fit is comfortable and the look is long and elegant. East land is a great classic brand, and this shoe delivers, with both comfort and style.

Beautiful shoe and quality was very good but I needed a wide shoe (ordered 11W). Received 11W however it wasn’t very wide and although there was a slight give, it didn’t give much. Definitely not good if you have a bunion. Returned.

I love them but they run wide for my narrow foot. Need insoles for a better fit

These are well made, quality shoes, as you'd expect from Eastland. I worried that they'd be too tight if I bought them in my regular size, as indicated by other reviews. So, I bought them a half size bigger and in wide. They fit slightly loose, which was evident until I wore them a few times. BUT... they are leather and will stretch, and I worry that after a few months use, they'll feel too big. Crossing my fingers that's not the case. So, I'd recommend that if you want these shoes you buy them in your regular size, in a wide, because they do run narrow. And remember that they will stretch to fit after you break them in, because they are leather. So, if they a feel a bit snug at first, they won't remain that way! If I were to purchase these again, I do so in my regular size in a wide, for sure.Other than that, I love them! The heel height is perfect, so it doesn't dig in and cause discomfort. The color is lighter than pictured, so I just applied a few coats of shoe oil which darkened them up slightly and protects the leather, making it water proof. Win win!They are a classic design that goes with business casual attire as well as your comfy pair of jeans.

I ordered a size based on another review, it ended up too big. The leather is beautiful and soft. I would definitely order my exact size next time, as I like my soft leather shoes a slight snug to meld to my foot print, the stretch in soft leather is perfect. I would definitely order again.

Very nice soft leather colour is good not too bright gold but finish is not as I expected expensive but doesn’t look expensive

I really wanted these to fit. They are so pretty and look very well made.I even said the magic incantation - "Please let them fit! Please let them fit!" You see, I have high arches, so I am used to crossing my fingers that there will be enough height in tree shoe to accomodate my instep.If you belong to the same club and find frustration in getting shoes to fit your tall feets (boots are so much worse to try to fit tho!) definitely give these a try, but don't get your hopes up like I did.The leather is soft and fr a grants. I am rather heartbroken tbh.
