Yummy!
I have really been enjoying this cookbook. I have made the pudding, blondie, ice cream, brownies, gummies, sorbet, & lemon coconut cake so far. All of these treats have hit the spot and my family enjoys them too. I like the information section at the beginning of the book it has been helpful and informative. It explains the different types of flours, sweeteners, and thickeners and some of the different ingredients that you will see in the recipes. I have already recommended this book to friends & family. The brownies are our favorite so far and we are excited to try the eclairs!

A good cookbook for Keto sweets!
There is a lot of useful information in here I love the in-depth guide at the beginning describing things like the ingredients such as binders. For many starting out that information isn’t presented. They merely list the ingredients and half the time it’s so new and unknown that finding it becomes a challenge. Then when the ingredient is purchased the product doesn’t have information on how or why it’s necessary. That and why it’s not something to be omitted.I loved the pictures. The digital formatting needs some work. I struggled to get it downloaded and often the pages overlapped and would not correct themselves. I think a physical copy would be easier to navigate. However, my biggest complaint with this book is the assumption the author makes is that Keto is Low Carb High Fat. Yes, LCHF is a form of KetoDiet however “Keto” is an umbrella term for any diet that allows the body to fall into a Ketogenic state. So to flat out make the statement that Keto is Low Carb High Fat and not include the others helps further the misinformation problem in the keto community. For many, the high fat is not something their bodies can handle. You can include high-fat recipes to a keto style book but to pass on the assumption that to follow keto is only following High Fat very harming. It’s an argument that keeps a lot of people from trying the diet/lifestyle because they require a low-fat diet. I’d urge the author to remember that if he should decide to create other books that keto is an umbrella term and there are many variations that are correct being called a keto diet. It’s not a one size fits all just like not all people enjoy the same foods.Other than that I’d recommend it to others as a beginner set of recipes. They’re well written, easy to understand, and the images aesthetically were nice.

Recipe missing critical ingredients
Reserving full judgement until I can read through more recipes but not really happy so far. Not sure how another reviewer could enjoy peanut butter cups (p.120) which include no sweeteners (see pic) but it makes me question the author's due diligence & their editor's skill. Not as many pics as I like either. There's another author who concludes full pics + thumbnails for each recipe. Never bought a book by this author before & likely won't again.

The book of my dreams!
I’m going on a year of being keto and I think finding keto friendly sweets recipes is something that has helped me. So when I found this cookbook I ordered it so quick! I love baking so the first time I flipped through the book when it arrived made me so excited to bake/make so many of all these delicious treats. Especially when I saw “rice” pudding which was something I have missed making. And was the first thing have made and it was delish! Can’t wait to try more of the recipes.

Did they even test these recipes???
I tried 3 recipes, the cinnamon roll recipe was a fail despite following the recipe to a T. Using parchment paper to roll out the dough was a fail, dough stuck. I tried the custard, wow why too sweet even for my family. I can't recall the 3rd recipe since I ended up returning the book. Not sure why this recipe book has such great reviews. Mind you I an an avid baker so it's not like I am clueless to baking. I'm not even sure if these recipes were even tested out. I returned the recipe book because I would rather purchase another one where recipes turn out as they're supposed to.

Great Cookbook for A Ketogenic Diet
Haven’t made many items yet but we have made the biscottis several times. The recipe is really good! Several recipes looked appealing and hope to make them soon. I have many keto cookbooks that have sweets but this gives you a great variety. Each recipe has calories, servings, fats, carbs, protein. For those who use the Ketogenic diet for medical reasons would greatly benefit from this cookbook. Wish it had more ice cream recipes though.

This book will pay for itself! No more ruined for choosing the wrong ingredients.
Love the recipes and guidelines. I’ve ruined a few recipes using the wrong sweeteners. Never again! I’ve already made the Vanilla Ice Cream and Shortbread Cookies. Lots of pictures and easy to follow instructions.

Desserts with out sugar
This will sound crazy considering this cookbook is for keto dieters, but the desserts aren't sweet. I know that there wouldn't be any recipes that included sugar, nor would I want any. I thought the recipes would require some healthy sugar substitute. Most of the recipes are easy to follow and can be made quickly. I have found myself having to add splenda to the recipes. Who wants desserts that aren't sweet?

Lots of good recipes in here for those of us with a sweet tooth!
Being a cake and chocolate maker with a phenomenal sweet tooth, moving over to keto was always going to be a challenge So I went on the hunt for some inspiration for alternatives. This book is very good. I haven't tried every recipe, there are lots of them but naturally, I went straight for the chocolate ones! The fat balls are excellent little pick me ups - the only thing is that I absolutely cannot stand stevia. I cannot taste any sweetness and only bitter taste and a furry tongue ewwww.. So those recipes that call for stevia I replace with some of the other sugar alternatives. My favourite recipe so far is the chocolate cake. It is refreshing to see a recipe that is totally flourless and does not include the usual almond or coconut flours. It came out dense and very very chocolately. It was yum! I really recommend this book for those of you that have a sweet tooth but are having to move to keto for whatever reason. Once you have found the sugar alternative that works for your own taste buds (what works for one really doesn't work for another), you don't have to miss out at all!

Buy It!
I absolutely LOVE this book and have baked several recipes from it, all of which I've enjoyed so far. It's refreshing to find a genuine Keto dessert book, with desserts I actually want to eat, that are easy to make. I'm a bit of a Muppet's Swedish chef when it comes to cooking and end up adding yards of cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg and ginger to all sorts of recipes, cos I love them! Thanks, Aaron, for putting in the work. Buy it today; you'll become very fond of it. :)
