Beautiful Mugs and they arrived intact ...

Bought the set to split amongst friends for Christmas. Well received because the print can be considered for winter not just holiday.

I love these dishes and the pattern with some gold thrown in.

These mugs are a great quality. They are a nice ceramic, the design is great and size is just right for drinking. They wrre Just like the description written. I like them so much, I use them everyday.

I love this pattern and all of my other plates arrived intact but one of these mugs had the handle broken off during shipping. As I don’t want to return and risk more arriving broken last time, I’m considering it my sacrifice to the shipping gods. Judging by the way it was packaged inside the manufacturer’s box, the breakage was due to poor internal protection and tough handling by the USPS. So be warned if you order the mugs that you may need to use superglue to fix one.

I absolutely love this pattern from Lenox. I had ordered multiple sets of the mugs last year for myself and to give as gifts, but many arrived broken. I ended up with 2 gift worthy cups instead of 2 sets. Oh well- I filled each one with treats and it was fine. I ordered more this year hoping to complete my own set. This year’s version look the same, but are slightly heavier and feel sturdier (last year’s felt more like fine China; this year feels more like an everyday coffee cup). They’re also packaged better and in a smaller box so they don’t rattle around. All arrived in perfect condition.

Since being discontinued by Lenox, I have been searching for Balsam Lane. So happy to find it

Love the amount they hold and my husband likes the room for big fingers. Plus they’re gorgeous.
