I’m a classical pianist, and spend hours sitting on a piano bench. I wanted to see if using acupressure would solve any back and neck pain, and numbness in my legs. After looking at other acupressure mats, (specifically Pranamat) I worried that this may not be the best quality because of how low cost it is. The quality is great. I have been using it every day, and notice that the tension in my neck has lessened. Also, it is very spikey!! The pain was greatly diminished after just 5 minutes of use. I had a slight headache starting and the acupuncture made it go away as well. I fully believe in this product and will be saving up for the full mat. Granted all my pain is not gone but that's because of the type of pain conditions I have, you can only get so much relief from the pain never gone, not a failing of this product. While I like the product, the packaging and contents are inconsistent for the pillows. Ordered through Amazon, the natural and midnight pillows arrived in white, composte-type bags and each also included a drawstring carry bag for each pillow. The pink pillow, also ordered through Amazon, arrived in a very nice box (Pranamat-like), but with no extra carry bag similar to what is shown on the ajnawellbeing site. Unfortunately, I returned many of them due to this and may re-order different colors later so that my recipients receive consistent items. Perhaps old vs new stock?
