It's large but very easy to lift up and down. I've had other smaller risers in the past that are either too heavy to lift or when they lift, they jerk your whole work station, so you end up not even using the riser option because it's too much of a hassle. I can literally lift or put this down every half hour or so with zero interruption to my workload.The keyboard tray is wide enough for my keyboard and my mouse to fit comfortably and the tray slides out very smoothly.The hole in the back for the monitor mount is very helpful and the monitor mount(sold separately) really makes this setup very professional looking.I work 10 hour days and having the ability to stand has really helped me to be more healthy and help my posture.Aside from this being a great product, the customer service is second to none. This company really stands behind their product, so you can buy from them with confidence knowing that you will get real people to help you if you have a problem, and not just a standard reply email.
