Easy to put on, and more comfortable than most!
I really do like these socks! There is a bit of excess fabric at the toes and heel, but I’m able to focus how I put them on to ensure fabric doesn’t get folded beneath my toes, and lines up well on the heel. They have a bit less compression than some but it’s sufficient to reduce the swelling I was getting in my feet, ankles and lower leg areas. This makes for an easy to put on sock that is still effective at providing the compression I needed. I’m wearing them all day from morning until bedtime and not feeling the “have to get them off NOW” feeling! That is really important as I need to have them on for them to be effective. I’d definitely recommend these socks! They are nice looking besides being more comfortable than other compression socks I’ve tried. I had read others comments about the toe and heel, but gave them a chance anyway and I’m glad I did! Why make oneself uncomfortable with excessive compression if you can still get what you need from less constricting socks?? Give them a try!!

Excellent Compression Socks for Comfort and Support!
I recently purchased the CHARMKING Compression Socks and I am extremely pleased with the quality and effectiveness of this product.Comfortable Fit:These socks are designed for both men and women, and they fit comfortably without being too tight. The material is soft and breathable, making them perfect for all-day wear. I’ve worn them for long periods, and they remain comfortable without causing any discomfort or irritation.Effective Compression:With a compression level of 15-20 mmHg, these socks provide just the right amount of support for improving circulation. I’ve noticed a significant reduction in leg fatigue and swelling, especially after long hours of standing or traveling. They really help keep my legs feeling energized!Variety of Colors:I love that the pack comes with eight different pairs in various colors. This variety allows me to match my socks with different outfits, whether I’m at work or out and about. It’s nice to have options, and I appreciate the stylish designs.Durability:After several washes, the socks have held up well. There’s no fading or loss of elasticity, which is a testament to their quality. They maintain their shape and compression even after multiple uses, making them a great investment.Value for Money:Considering the quality and the number of pairs included in this set, the CHARMKING Compression Socks offer excellent value for money. It’s hard to find such a good deal on compression socks without sacrificing quality.Overall Experience:Overall, I highly recommend the CHARMKING Compression Socks for Women & Men for anyone in need of effective compression wear. Their comfortable fit, effective support, stylish designs, and great durability make them a top choice for both everyday use and specific health needs. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely buy more in the future!

Cautiously recommended (given my lack of experience with other compression socks)
CHARMKING Compression Socks for Women & Men Circulation (8 Pairs) 15-20 mmHgI plan to come back and update this (I've written myself a note to do so!) as I use these, but here is my health and lifestyle background and first impressions.BACKGROUND:I am 54 years old, 5'1", overweight, with an 18" calf. I have had mild edema in my ankles and lower legs for a few years. Scans show tendinosis of the achilles and I also have constant lower calf/achilles pain. No one seems to know what the pain problem is other than tendinosis. Ortho-prescribed stretches, heel raises, etc. to loosen and strengthen the area just seem to aggravate the pain. Because my local docs seem useless, I've done my own research and found out that edema can cause pain, so I'm going to try to address that by my damn self in addition to the tendinosis. My lifestyle is too sedentary as opposed to being on my feet 8+ hours a day, etc. These are my first ever compression socks, so I have nothing to compare them to. I chose the 15-20mmHg since the edema is pretty mild, and I saw no benefit to torturing myself unnecessarily with a tighter sock. I also wanted graduated compression socks that are tighter at the ankle and progressively looser the farther up the calf they go--which these are.Due to my 18" calf, I felt I should probably get the L/XL size. However, I wear a women's size 6.5 or 7 shoe, so I kind of knew going into this that the sock wouldn't fit 100% correctly in the ankle area... which is unfortunate since that's where I notice the most swelling. But if they wouldn't fit my calves, they were a DEFINITE no-go, so I just got the bigger ones and hoped for the best. I did check into plus size compression socks that would likely fit better in the foot/ankle but would accommodate my calf better, but I don't fit neatly into their size chart either (plus they were more expensive and their colors/designs were just fugly), so I decided to give these a try first. I'm trying to avoid expensive or customized compression socks if I can.FIRST IMPRESSIONS:1. Wow, these things are long! I'm not sure if it's because they're the L/XL or what. But yeah... long. There are a few spots that are slightly bunched along the calf since they're long, but that doesn't seem to affect comfort any. I don't think the L/XL is an ideal size for short people. They go all the way to the knee crease, which I don't prefer. Next time I put on a pair, I'll see if I can cuff them at the top w/o additional discomfort. (I put this first pair on as soon as they were delivered to my house, but I already had my pants on, so just getting them on was a something to celebrate in itself!)2. Of the matched pair that I put on first, one sock is slightly, but noticeably, tighter than the other. I don't know if the tighter one is tighter than the 15-20 mmHg it should be or whether the looser one is looser than it should be. But yeah, not evenly compressy.3. As predicted, due to my smallish foot and largeish calf, the heel of the sock is up around the ankle and therefore not compressing the ankle properly. (I'm not sure why compression socks aren't made more like tube socks without a defined heel--that would make a lot of sense to me, but no one has consulted me on compression sock design, so...) Only time will tell if the heel-ankle mismatch will be a problem. This is part of what I plan to address in any review updates.4. The toe seam is quite thick, which I feel could be a problem in a regular shoe. I wear Crocs a lot, so it's not that big a deal, but I don't think I'd be comfortable wearing these things with my sneakers, boots, or other tighter fitting shoe.5. Definitely consider investing in a compression sock donner or grippy gloves if you have any hand arthritis or hand strength issues. I have basal thumb joint arthritis (MCP joint), and putting these on KILLED my thumbs--and these socks one of the loosest levels of compression!CONCLUSIONSI'm reserving judgment until I see how well they perform over a few days, using a new matched pair of socks each day. I obviously don't expect stellar performance from off-the-rack compression socks, but I definitely think they're worth a try to begin with. So far, aside from one sock being tighter than the other, they fit about as well as expected given my small foot-big calf issue. Whether or not that will affect their performance remains to be seen. With how tight these are, I don't think the smaller size would fit my calves. These aren't cutting off circulation at the top of the calf, so that's good, but I don't think the smaller size would fit the 18" calf until I lose more weight and it becomes NOT an 18" calf. That said, maybe it's an 18" calf because of the edema...? Maybe it's really a 16" calf in disguise? LOL Who knows. I hope this wordy review has helped someone. I've already written my reminder note to update. ;o)UPDATE (about 2 weeks later):Because of my thumb pain, compression socks are too difficult for me to fool with every day if I don't medically have to. If I were to begin wearing them daily, I would definitely get a mechanical sock donner. (I have a pair of grippy gloves for a different purpose, and found that they didn't help at all. I mean, yes, I could grip the socks more, but not in the right places.) Although I stopped wearing them every day, they definitely did help to reduce my leg pain associated with mild edema. After wearing them for 3 days in a row, the reduced pain seemed to extend even to the next day or two when I wore normal socks. (I had a doctor's appointment where I had to remove my socks, and could not imagine futzing with these socks after it was over, so I wore normal socks.) I can definitely see pulling these back out occasionally when the pain gets particularly irksome.I wish I had experience with expensive bespoke compression socks so that I could say for sure whether these off-the-rack socks were noticeably better, worse, or comparable than ones that cost 10x more. However, I don't hate them, so that's a plus.Given my lack of experience with any alternatives, I cautiously recommend these 15-20mmHg Charmking compression socks.---They DO reduce swelling from mild edema by the end of day 2 or 3. (After day 1, the edema looked the same.)---They DO reduce my leg pain.---They are NOT too tight at the top of my 18-inch calves. They're uniformly snug, but not binding.---Their toe seam is a little bulky, but if you can get it arranged well enough, it's not a problem. However, I imagine that would be more challenging with shoes tighter than Crocs.---If you get the L/XL to accommodate a larger calf, the fit on your actual foot and ankle is not ideal if you're short or have small feet. The heel of the sock comes to rest at the ankle, and is not tight enough to compress properly. However, I adapt to that by pulling the sock back down from above and overlapping it an inch or so at the ankle. I'll try to post a picture of that to show what I mean. ( I don't understand why compressions socks aren't made like tube socks w/o a heel, so that they'll fit whatever size foot, but nobody consulted me, so...)---Putting them on like pantyhose (scrunching them up in your fingers all the way to the toe and then sliding them on while slowly letting out more of the bunched up sock as you pull them up) is the way to go. They still hurt my thumbs, but not everyone's gonna have that stupid thumb problem. Thumb aside, they are pretty easy to get on that way. The hardest part is trying to pinch a bit of sock around the foot to adjust its positioning. These babies are thick and tight! I can't even imagine what tighter compression socks are like!.Good luck all!

I love the colors!
I love purple and lavender, this was a purchase based on needs and wants. It fit my need of new socks to help my aching feet, and reduce swelling. I wanted the purple/lavender colors and got them. The quality is good, helps my circulation in my legs, no slipping on the socks, they don’t need support to stay up and allow me to stay on my feet all day without aches. Great product.
