We like these Niacinamide tablets and I believe they are working, so we get them on subscription with Amazon.I will say that I do not notice as much of an effect as I do the the NADH -- which we also take -- but this product is much less expensive thank goodness!The Vitamins B products are very important to health and these Source Naturals Niacinamide B-3 have no side effects like the flushing with some other B- vitamins.

I started using this niacinaminde several times a day after listening to a Doctors podcast recommendingit and saying that he thought it helped to relax his neck muscles a bit too. I can't claim that but I trustthat doctor, and have read good things about niacinamide, so I keep using it.

Great brand however not sure this actually works for me since I have defective MTHFR genes which affects absorption and utilization of other B vitamins.

B3 is good for eyes and skin health. I was getting some good results from taking this with other eye health supplements and eye drops, before I had to be put on Gabapentin for two months to reduce excruciating nerve pain after an injury. The drug caused a major set back in my health, including my eyes. All the hard work was zeroed out and I'm starting over, but the B3 supplements I will continue to take because our eyes and skin need it.
