Tea Zone 6 lb Tapioca Bag, 6 Count

5 stars for the customer service, not the product. This instant boba is smaller than the regular tapioca and break easily! I end up throwing away a lot of the small pieces, tmore like powder. Luckily, the seller is able to give me a partial refund which I really appreciate even though it should comes from Tea Zone (the manufacture)

Good texture

If I could leave a zero start rating I would. I have making boba in my shop for years and this is the first time I have ever tried this brand. I am stuck with two cases of the worst product I have tried. Following the directions exactly as printed the second the boba hits the water it breaks down and turns into a gigantic mush gel. It’s absolutely disgusting. I can’t return it so I’m having to eat 12 bags of useless product. Do not order this mess.

Hesitated for a while because of its low ratings, then bought this bundle deal anyway for I drink a lot bubble tea and it is not easy to find at local stores.Everything is going well, and taste is good if not better, one must know how to make a cup of bubble right.Please stop giving defamatory reviews just because of one or two minor inconvenience.I dislike this big corp. lazy rat race review system jn general, but willing to give this seller a 5stars to buffer those unfair 1star.Wish they would be still standing here after I finish these 6 bags! So I can buy it again.

This stuff breaks up easily so half the bag is unusable. Makes alright boba but i can buy a black boba instant brand and ita more consistent cook and use microwave awedome consistent boba balls done in less than 5 minutes. This may have been a seemingly good deal but not rrally whrn you calculate time of cook and process and waste. Wont buy again.

Our family loves boba. This is authentic boba from Tea Zone and it's SOOOOO good!! Manufactured date and expiration date are printed clearly on the package (please see pictures). One out of six came slightly "loose" - not fully vacuumed sealed, but freshness and quality were unaffected. We used that bag first. Great product at an affordable price. Highly recommend!

Very good value and quality. More like mini bobas but I like that easier to drink through the straws. I got these because one 6.6 lb bag of popular competing brand was 25$ I got 5 of them and split with family. Packages well. Vacuum sealed. Very pleased. Hopefully we can go through them haha. Will buy again whenever we need them.
