I was recommended to get Arnica from a Facebook group I am in as I had Tummy Tuck Surgery and some lipo on my legs done. Hard to say how I would have been without the Arnica, but my nurse at my two follow ups with impressed with the lack of bruising that I had. I love it. I am one week post op and all my bruising has almost disappeared. I also think my pain could be worse given into account of what I had done! This is an awesome product. I also recommend the gel and creme for scars.

I purchased this product with the hope that it would help post surgery and boy am I glad I did!!! It definitely helps with bruising, bruising after liposuction immediately begin to go away however my swelling is pretty severe.

I used these in conjunctions with the sublingual Arnica pellets and it worked great for my eye surgery. I started taking these 3 days prior to surgery and still taking them a week and a half post surgery. I believe that taking this regiment increased my speedy recovery time. I was out and about after 5 days of having my eyelids done. highly recommend!

I bought these 250 mg pills but everyone including Dr. Weil says any dose more than homeopathic doses is poisonous. That would have to make this dangerous. I’m not even sure what reason to select to return this.
