A simple & effective diet
I recently read and followed the Fruit Flush Diet by Jay Robb & Jacob Dubizansky. To my pleasant surprise, it is a simplistic and effective diet that doesn't require a huge investment of time or resources to achieve results. While the diet may not be practical for long term use, it is perfect to cleanse ( flush ) the system of toxins and built up waste and drop that 5- 10 lbs in a matter of a week or 2. Perhaps the name should be the " Get Ready for Your High School Reunion Diet"! It's also a delicious diet plan, I mean who doesn't like fruit? I immediately noticed the bloating in my stomach was reduced and I rapidly shed weight in the first 3 days. I felt great and my skin even cleared up. Well written and concise, I highly recommend this book to any jaded dieters like myself looking for something that actually works.

short and Sweet
I like the fact that this book is short and sweet. It gets to the point with a little bit of background. Easy to follow and understand. I followed this once before about 7-8 years ago and lost 11 pounds in 3 days, but lost the book. I bought the eVersion to follow it again and remind myself what was needed.

Makes sense
So I'm in the process right now of doing this. I have to share something though. The protein drink with the water and psyllium husk is very hard for me to ingest. Not only does it taste bad and the chunky texture from the psyllium husks leaves little to be desired. In the glass it looks like a big cup of something you'd drop off at the fertility clinic if you catch my drift. I literally puked up the 2nd one today. I'll check back in with my results. Can't wait for veggies and fruit!

Healthy, simple approach to good health
Simple, straightforward. I was attracted by the title and the book lived up to all my expectations. I am really excited about the concept...who doesn't need to detox, and the addition of fruit will be a good fit for my eating style. I have used other regimes, so the smoothy idea for protein is a familiar concept, but I never was a big fan of consuming multiple capsules of herbs to get the fiber and other nutrients. I'm ready to start and have high expectations. This is truly a system I could envision using on a regular basis to maintain good health.

Detox
I tried this and it really works I felt better even though it was hard at first but I got with the program and made it passed the 3 days I wasn't sluggish like I usually be but more energetic. I going to try and do this once a month.

I got this free, but I wouldn't pay for it.
This is not an impressive product for a book. I think it is more fitly a pamphlet, and then, I would question whether or not this is a good idea to follow this plan as it seems pretty limited in its ability to do much for your health.

A Great for start for healthy eating and weight loss program
this book is simple but effective I personally know someone who started with this book and they look awesome. I am trying this for the first time and I will post results after two weeks. wish me luck.
