Great feeling keyboard for typing at the best price.
*(HV-KB462L) Multimedia Mechanical Gaming Keyboard with 6 programmable "G" keys on left side.*First: I'm not a gamer. I briefly had only one other mechanical keyboard that I have used to compare this to.I have been looking for a good multimedia mechanical keyboard with programmable keys on the left side. This is the keyboard I have been looking for. I tried a Logitech for more than twice the price and I liked it ok but the main reason I sent it back was because I couldn't program a "G" key as a mouse click, that is an important feature for me for physical reasons. This keyboard has Great feeling keys. The keys feel sturdy and have good spacing, (I have large fingers). I like the lighting on the keys but I just don't like the font on the keys, very minor gripe. The number pad corner key fonts are annoying. The 1, 3, 7 and 9 keys have the function words right beside them instead of under them and the numbers look like part of the word. Not a big deal, just annoying. The software is simple and works fine. The one thing the software will not do is program a "G" key to open a specific file, (Excel, word, etc.), minor peeve. I think I will try using the "HotKey" program to program a key for that. The only real problem, a minor one, is that the "M" and media keys are not mechanical and have almost no travel when pressed. I didn't really expect the media keys to be mechanical but they could be much better. It is easy to press a media key and it respond more than once, but they do work properly if you press them lightly and quickly. The volume wheel, on the other hand, has a Great feel to it and it works perfectly.Overall, I love this keyboard and would recommend it. You just can't get better at anywhere near the price.

Amazing Customer Service - Great Keyboard
The GameNote Mechanical Keyboard that I bought had an issue where the B, G, T, 5 & F4 keys stopped working and lighting up 2 months after purchase. This put me outside of the Amazon return limit, which really sucked. I figured that I was just screwed and had a $60 paper weight.I decided to contact the Seller, Havit, through Amazon and they happily provided me with a new keyboard without any issues whatsoever. They didn't even make me return the original keyboard, which is good because I didn't have to go through the hassle of packing it up... And now I have an extra set of keys and blue switches, in case I ever need them. They keyboard itself is awesome! Very tactile and springy feeling when typing. The color schemes and the light bar at the top are excellent. The keyboard is of a very high quality, I think I was just unlucky in that my original had that random issue.Overall, I rate their Customer Service as Excellent, and will continue to purchase Havit products in the future.

It's "ok"
Update, as of 12/-15/19 the keyboard has started wonking out. A single key press results in two or 3 lines of letters shooting across the screen and all I can do is unplug the keyboard and plug it back in. There were no drivers for this keyboard it's just plug and play. I have found that using the pass-throughs on top make it exponentially worse. Also, I've been using the pass-throughs to keep my mouse charged, over the past month my mouse will not operate at all while plugged in, but if I unplug it then it works fine. It used to work fine all the time wireless or plugged in.Removing 2 stars. I expect to get more than a years use out of a product. As the title suggest, it's an "Ok" keyboard. My biggest complaints about it is it's EXTREMELY loud to type on. I've had a few mechanical keyboards before but this one is redonkulous. It's like typing on an old electric typewrite like we used back in the 80s for typing class.Next complaint is the keys sit pretty high up and you can see under them, the white brackets or whatever they are under the keys are highly visible from dang near every angle. It's distracting as hell. Luckily once the lights are on you can't really see the white all that well.Last complaint, some of the lettering is,,, odd. I think they were trying to make it stylish,,, this isn't really wrong so much as a pet peeve so you're more than welcome to disregard this as others may actually like this. The loud key strokes are really jarring. Luckily I don't type much, I'm using this to game on. I'm not a hard core gamer by any stretch and I'll never use the macros. I mainly got this keyboard for the lights so when I'm playing at night I can see the keys without having to turn on the lights. But the key presses are so frickin' loud the other half says I might as well just turn on the lights.I guess I do have a final complaint, the macro buttons stay red all the time, I like blue and I've got my keys stationary on blue, but I can't change the colors of any of the multimedia buttons or macro buttons. They're always red. It's ugly. The good, the wrist rest is comfortable. It was plug and play with no wonkiness I've experienced from other keyboards. I'm happy the print in the instruction manual was actually in English and only required ONE magnifying glass to read. Yes this has been an issue in the past. The USB ports on the keyboard are stupidly awesome. In truth, unless I get a stupidly good deal in the future, I'll probably not buy this brand again. It's not that it's bad, it just not worth the price.

Cool board for the price! Great mechanical clicks (blue) and has a great size...
This thing is really cool.gives a great clack, and has an array of adaptations you can make with the app on their website.. as i am particular with my colours.Only issue o have had at all is the volume key ... seemingly breaking... not sure if the warranty covers or not, haven't checked yet.The keys are great... and its super easy to clean as well.i lowered my star because my volume soggle /roller on the top right stopped working a couple weeks after getting... i kept hoping it would come back and work again... tried a couple simple things outside of opening it no no avail... and sent off an email to see if they could help out... not seeing an email response yet. = / hoping i just dont know how to get my computer to read it again and its a simple fix. I LOVE THIS KEYBOARD TO BE HONEST. and the goal here is def not to get another one... i just need to find a way to fix the volume thingy.
