I bought the ready to use version of this cleaner, and I can’t stand the scent. I would like an unscented option** A: I do not believe that it has any specific scent (ie: lavender or apple) but it is not unscented either. **Q: We have marmoleum in one of our commercial units Need a cleaner/conditioner and something with a slight gloss. Any suggestions** A: This cleaner will clean it, but then you need to rinse it. If you use the floor finish every six months or so you can use a plain water rinse in between use of the cleaner. It's important to use a ph neutral cleaner . Harsh cleaners will cause the floor to dry out and crack. My Marmoleum floor is 10 years old and has held up really well. **Q: Is this cleaner a consentrate or do you carry one that is? What is the water mix rato if consentrate?** A: I have used this for years - it is very concentrated. According to the label on the bottle, you mix 1/2 to one ounce to a gallon of water.
