Only one sided magnet, has a potential of getting flimsy eventually, but not in a month of so. Overall it looks just like on the picture. Oh one more thing. It has a plastic case to hold the phone, I don't know about others, but when you put your phone inside it is so tightly held that you can't really take it out without scratching your phone. From the inside, there is a hard otterbox kind of frame which protects the phone. Also, no issues in connecting to the charger or accessing the buttons. One minor needs improvement is for the button of the case - It's magnetic and functions very well but the outside button could have been of a better finish. Will definitely recommend!
