Perfect for Postpartum
My plan was to labor in this gown but baby had different plans and there was no time to look through personal belongings and put it on BUT... I have worn this since I got home from hospital and it has made me feel so amazing. It is flattering yet convenient. The material is SO soft and comfy that. The pockets and nursing acess is a PLUS. Really don't want to take this off any time soon. Don't hesitate to buy!Size referencePre pregnancyWeight: 112Size: Small (0)Bust: 32AEnd of pregnancyWeight: 150Size: Medium (6)Bust: 34BFits perfect on my Postpartum body.

Even the L&D nurses were impressed
I have two of these gowns that have served me well through two pregnancies, deliveries, and postpartum periods. They are so convenient and quite comfy. During both stays in the hospital the nurses were in love with the gown as much as I was since they could access anything they needed to.Plus… it has pockets.

Flattering and comfy, not supportive enough
Cute, comfortable, flattering, not super useful beyond delivery. If you have large breasts (38G/H here), know that it is flattering and fine for delivery but offers no support. It didn't matter so much during delivery, but for breastfeeding, you need a certain degree is support to prevent clogs, keep nursing pads in place, etc.As a delivery gown, it's pretty nice. Black hides blood or fluids, cut is flattering, material is soft for sensitive nipples, and it has pockets (!).After delivery, I wear it occasionally for bed, but the lack of support makes it difficult to use as a nursing outfit.4 stars: Cute, comfortable, and worked for delivery. One star off for lack of support for nursing feature.

If you're on the fence about getting this for labor. . .
Do it! Even if you end up wearing nothing during labor, this gown is fantastic for maternity and nursing. Personally, I loved it for all of the above. I hate being exposed/vulnerable, so having a gown that didn't leave me bare in the back during labor was a huge comfort. There was easy access for an epidural, the nurses all approved, and the midwife told me how cute it was. :)I've been wearing it almost every night postpartum, too. Late-night feeds are a breeze. You can unsnap the shoulders if you want, but I just spread the neckline and get the baby latched. The design of the gown is forgiving, flattering, and comfortable for all of the shapes your body will be during pregnancy, labor, and breastfeeding, too.

Perfect for post delivery
I bought this for after delivery and it was perfect. Easy to unsnap for breastfeeding and skin to skin. Comfortable, cute, and cool (I live in a hot climate and had my baby in the summer).

Perfect length, a little large for smaller frame
I am currently 38 1/2 weeks and purchased this to replace the hospitals labor and delivery gown. I am 5'2" and weigh 140 lbs. I recently purchased the "Happy Mama Womens Labor Delivery Hospital Gown Breastfeeding Maternity" and did not like the fit so I decided to try this one instead and am extremely happy that I did. The Happy Mama gown was longer but smaller in the arms where this one is a little larger on top and shorter in length. Although it is a little large on top, I prefer it to being too tight in the arms. The fabric is comfortable and I can only imagine it will get softer after I wash it. The gown has snaps at the top for easy skin to skin contact as well as snaps on the lower front and snaps down the entire backside. There are small holes sewn in on each side which I imagine are there for some sort of hospital equipment needs and pockets. I would recommend purchasing this gown and will be purchasing a second as a gift for a friend who is also preggo :)

Perfect choice
I am happy with my choice, gown looks great, fits well, it's pleasant for the skin to wear and, I believe, will be a great substitute for the hospital gown. It's easy to unbutton and I like that the buttons are hidden, so it looks like a dress and has all the necessary accesses for the labor.

Super comfy!
This was not my first choice of labor dress but I never received the other one I ordered, so I bought this one. Still haven't given birth yet but I got to use it when they took of my cerclage. It is amazingly comfortable! It's neither thick or thin so I was comfortable in that warm maternity/delievery room. The straps and the dress material are not cheap and I had lots of good comments from the nurses, saying how nice they found it.You can take down one or both shoulder straps down so you can do skin-to-skin or breastfeed. The back can open completely or partially, depending on what straps you open. Super easy access for the epidural or spinal block. The front opens under the breast all the way down for easy baby monitoring. And did I mention that this dress has pockets!? And deep functional ones at that!I was honestly surprised when it came in and it makes me actually excited to go into labor. It is much MUCH more comfortable than the hospital gowns, you look classy and you can even use it at home as a dressong/nursing gown.

Great gown, even for life after L&D
I didn’t get around to wearing this gown when I was in the hospital but it was amazing for when we got home with new baby! It’s comfy, washes great, and is fantastic for nursing. I like it so much that I’m still wearing it as my regular pajamas long after the fact! I’m sure I’ll need to retire it eventually but I’m enjoying it for as long as I can!

Perfect for labour and delivery
I loved this! Perfect for the long labour and induction and delivery. Kept me covered but things were easily accessible for midwives. It was a little on the large side but didn’t bother me when the time came to wear it.
