DualLiner Bed Liner Fits 2018-2020 Ford F-150 with 6'6" Bed, Works Without Factory LED Lights

There are gaps up to 1/8" between the floor of an F-150 and the sides. I could clearly see the driveway through them. From my research, it seems this was intentional to ensure drainage occurs. But this lets dust from roads into your bed; lots of owners complain that even with a tight camper shell everything gets coated with dust. This problem disappears with DualLiner even though DualLiner is also designed to ensure drainage. How do they make molded bedliner sections that fit perfectly??? The F-150 has 24 T-30 screws holding brackets to the bed. Every one of them went through the holes provided in the bedliner side sections with no issue. Most were in the center of the hole. The height of the bedliner was also spot on. And the rubber mat fit into the bedliner side section channels great. The torque spec for the T-30's is maximum 106 in-lbf. I did these by setting a couple with a torque wrench to about 6 ft-lbf and then adjusting the torque on my driver to not exceed that torque. And drive them in slow at the end so the inertia of the driver doesn't over torque. Don't over torque these screws; they're steel, self-tapping hardness and threaded into Aluminum! They're plenty strong enough to strip their bungs if you do!

Everything fit together nicely, although installing the mat is a bit of a pain and I had to expand one of the holes one a side piece to reinstall the factory tie down cleat. The tailgate cover is a little loose using the included inserts, could and should be more secure, hence 4 stars.
