I find it useful for small cuts etc. I tried the cream because I find the liquid colloidal silver is excellent stuff for mouth ulcers. I find tea tree oil is the most effective thing for nail fungus. I apply it neat on a cotton bud to the affected nail 3 times a day. Tea tree oil kills the fungus, but you need to allow the discoloured area of nail to grow out before the nail looks normal again.
