Shut the laptop audio off
I use these to cut off the microphone, cut off the audio output on my laptop. Small outline, simple to use and no cut wires, no issues. I want sound I either unplug it or use my headphones. At 3am I do not want to remember if I was blasting my music or a movie and now it's booting up, I'm off doing something else and Windows is announcing to the entire household that I'm up and on my laptop... These things are great.

These give you control of your cables with a short 90 degree turn in tight confined areas.I attach to, 3.5 TRRS Male to XLR Female, to this adapter with the shortest possible cable, for better control of RFI during critical recording such as music.

Seem well made
I'm using the right angle adapter with my headphones to relieve strain on the coil cord. I just started using it so it's hard to say if it will hold up but it looks well made for the money. Time will tell.

Does exactly what it's supposed to.
Item got here quickly, packaging was just fine, order was correct. The adapters are great, they sit close to whatever device you're using them for. I use them for my headphones on my DJ controller so I don't accidentally bump it and kill the jack. Good stuff.

Works really well
No static and connection is solid.I got this for use with my Canon T6i DSLR. The mic jack is directly in front of the flippy screen and this allowed me to drop the mic cable down out of the view of the screen. It's a small thing, but makes a huge difference in being able to see the screen.
