Like the quality and size. I use this a lot. The only negative is the handle gets really hot, so be careful. Easy to wash, non stick. A little heavy but it’s fine.

It completely discolored after only two uses!!
I only used this pan twice. Once for a stir fry and once to brown hamburger. I did not use cooking spray, I did not put it in the dishwasher, I cleaned it with Dawn Dish Detergent and dried it promptly. Imagine my surprise when I went to use it again and ONE HALF of the pan was bright iridescent colors, totally discolored. As this was a Cuisinart product, I was totally shocked. Perhaps they are slipping in their standards and quality control. I threw it out as it was now useless!
