Great pre-workout
Because I’m caffeine sensitive this is a good alternative. It’s taste is great. It’s also not too thick but then again I take it with 200ml of water. It does give you an increase in energy and I did notice I could go longer in my workout. I’ve been using it for a month now with every work out (5-6 days a week) I do experience the pins and needles but it’s not unbearable, my dose is 4 scoops. I’m buying a second pack so that’s a positive sign. overall it’s pretty good.

Good flavor but for 6 scoops it recommends you take, you can get better pumps from other products. Also does not last long

Good product. Beware of Pins and Needles
Working so far. Happy with it. gives pins and needles both hands around 10 min after taking it but it's a side effect of B-Alanine so not fussed with it

Beginner Dosage Add 12.5g (3 x heaped medium black scoops) to your TPW shaker and mix with 100-125ml of water to assess your tolerance. Shake well and consume about 30 minutes before your workout. Expert Dosage Add 25g (6.5 x medium black scoops) to your TPW shaker and mix with 200-225ml of water. Shake well and consume about 30 minutes before your workout.
