I was getting foot pain and shin splints playing on an AG field with Phantom 6 AG cleats, and these were extremely helpful in reducing the pain. They also seemed to improve the fit and heel lockdown, so i didnt get heel blisters either. I almost got a big toe blister in 90 min of play but i think thats just breakin and itll be ok.
