I go to yoga three times a week and for helping with balance these are more sturdier and leaning on one with one hand for example feels so much safer than the cheaper, rubber like ones as these don't wobble. However, all my fellow yogis complain about leaning on them with elbows for example. There is no give so quite harsh on arms and elbows. That said, I would still rather have these for my first reasons. They are much heavier in the bag to carry so you will be building up arm muscles without realizing !!

These yoga blocks are just perfect. They are firm but not hard and lightweight. The natural cork is very pleasant to the touch and has a beautiful colour. I recommend 100%.
