Good Value
As predicted by previous buyers the Hold down Knob does not Fit into the Recess on the cover . So Use spacers if you have room or Reduce the diameter of the hold down Knob by Grinding Smoothing and Polishing.

Functional and Good Looking
Really like the looks of it on my 76 Corvette. It's also Functional because it can pull more air from the sides and top. Has front and back indentations on bottom pan to fit nicely on a Holley double pumper.

Nice looking and let’s the engine breath.
The rubber gasket doesn’t fit. Too big to seal. The nut that secures the breather down will not fit into recessed top. Not well though out. I made it work. Look’s and works well in the end.

Seems nice
I’ve had the high dollar stuff like many I’m sure. My old bird is black n red so I thought I’d try this for size. Seems pretty well made for the price and should help the old 400 breath a little easier.

Looks very nice under the hood. Last tuneup I used all blue,wires,boot protectors, air filter. This time I went red. Looks good, the truck is blue

Fit 1990 Chevy suburban 5.7 WITH a 1" Riser/ Spacer.
I bought this air filter hoping it would fit my 1990 Chevy suburban 5.7 but it was hitting the Distributor and Ignition Coil. So I had to buy a 1" riser/ spacer. BUY THIS ONE, on Amazon, IT FIT GREAT:: ( 1" Air Cleaner Spacer Aluminum 5-1/8" Fits Edelbrock Holley Riser Sbc BBC AFB V8 ") . This Spacer made it fit better to the truck TBI than if it didn't have it because of the rubber gasket in the Spacer and the A-Team filter base ends in a sharp ring. The spacer fit PERFECTLY, tight, and its smooth shiny metal! You'll have to buy them both to see what I mean.

used garbage
I was sent a used , scratched up unit .... the 3 sided nut is too large to fit in the recess on the top cover - so you can throw it away or put a 1/2 inch of spacers under the the nut ( which looks really dumb)...off to the The auto parts store to buy a fastener that will be aesthetically please and actually fit in the recess ....100 dollars for this garbage ?......never again.....

Looks great but scratched on the inside
Looks great on the out side. Definitely not bolt on to a throttle body. There were a couple big gouges on the inside. But other than that looks like a decent product. I will review more once I have fabricated to fit and function test.
