Vortech - Tinted lens swimming goggles

I'm sure these are generally good but the pair I got leaks on one eye. Very frustrating.

These are decent goggles and better than cheap “eyecup-style” goggles.The tinting is good for sunny days outdoors. There is a polarised version if you prefer -  Vorgee Unisex Vortech-Polarised Lens Swimming Goggle, Black/Black/Red, One Size .They are comfortable to wear. Adjustment is easy but not as easy as on Aquasphere goggles such as the one mentioned below.The eyepieces are larger than many goggles but smaller than some e.g.  Aqua Sphere Unisex Adult Vista Open Water Swimming Mask, Blue/Black/Clear Lens, Regular  - a lot depends on the size you want.

These are very well made goggles. I’m not 100 % ok about the ridged plastic ring that holds the straps in on the side. Would they break in time? However they are very comfortable to wear for child and adult.

There are two reasons to consider these heavily-tint goggles1. because you really need a heavy tint... summer outdoor swimming springs to mind2. because they look like a superhero maskPoint 1 is not my thing, although in the interests of this review, and in the interests of looking like a complete wally, I wore them to the convenience store on a sunny morning. The tint is proper good.Point 2 is more my thing, and also why my son has already stolen them. It is a subjective opinion though - you might hate the look.As for the more important practicalities:- the fit is very good on my 'average bloke' sized head; not surprisingly they are a poor fit on my son, but he is willing to wear them extra tight and have panda eyes in order to look good- the strap adjustment, like other Vorgee goggle I have tested, is very good. Lesser googles involve a high annoyance factor when adjusting the strap, these don't- the strap is comfortable on the back of the headVerdict: probably at their best for outdoor swimmers, but certainly not out of the question if you just like the look. Good quality, good fit and ticks the boxes for practicality.

Really stylish goggles, which fit like a glove. They are sleek, and streamlined so less 'drag' on the water. I like the tinted lens which also have the UV protection - perfect for outdoor swimming as well.No need to rely on the 'big name' brands - these were not a brand I'd heard of, but proved to be as good, or better than pricier, branded versions.Unisex - I don't see how goggles can be 'male/female' - apart from the colour choice, and they look good.There's no leaks for me, and the straps adjust easily and comfortably. Look good, and feel comfortable. Recommended.

Clearly excellent quality with a really comfortable adjustable strap. The fit against your face is really comfortable and they are really water-tight and genuinely don’t fog up.For me personally, the tint is too heavy, I prefer a clearer lens but my daughter thinks they look really cool, and I imagine they’d be great for outdoor swimming in bright sunlight especially as the lenses have built in UV protection.
