Great looking bag. I've wanted a Tumi bag since I was a teenager. Don't ask me why. Probably the ballistic nylon and I recognized the quality, even as a kid. Now that I an afford one, this bag fits the bill. Great construction, nice pockets, excellent styling. I see myself using this for years. The bag was missing the strap, but one email to Tumi and they sent me the strap. So, it comes from a company with amazing customer service as well.

This is a very nice travel briefcase. Personally I think this is too sturdy and heavy for every day carry, but its perfect for a business travel that wants quality that doesn't need to be treated gingerly. The bag has nicely padded compartments laptops and/or tablets, and these compartments are easily accessed due to the nylon webbing on the sides which makes opening the bag wide while traveling very easy. The exterior pockets have many smaller compartment and pockets to store daily needs like pens, cards, or ID badges. There might be too many small pockets for some, which forces you to have a specific pocket for almost every piece of gear. The bag comes with a tracking feature, which seems like a very smart touch but not one I've tried yet due to the fact I'm already invested in the Airtag system. The build quality of the bag is the reason why you want to purchase this bag. It is very well put together, and it feels like something that would endure a long career or a lot of travel. I do think it is almost a bit over-engineered, but then again I don't carry much electronics or any expensive electronics. I just don't need anything this heavy for my daily work commute. However, for travel, this will be my new business trip companion. Even though this is not an affordable piece, Tumi always makes bags that can be relied on and loved for a lifetime.

Everything about this bag is very high quality, from the materials, zippers and handles to the incredible design where I kept finding compartment after compartment. Aside from what’s visible, there are 3 different hidden compartments on this bag; between both handles closed with magnets and one on the rear panel underside. They’re all fairly usable too, as was every other pocket and compartment on the bag, which is rare - I have a lot of bags and usually pockets steal space from one another or they’re just poorly implemented to begin with. That doesn’t happen here with everything being functional even with it packed out. I particularly like the laptop and tablet compartment which has a really sharp looking texture for the protective padded parts, along with the large admin compartment on the front that has an accordion like opening making it easy to access the contents. The bag feels extremely tough, as do the zippers which are smooth and have good feeling zipper pulls. The shoulder strap hardware is all metal too which just feels better than plastic, and of course the shoulder strap is as high quality as the rest of the bag. The handles also feel fantastic being wrapped in leather and just have a solid feel to them that has to be experienced. I also really like how the bag has structure and stands up on its own, even when empty. I don’t have a single complaint about the bag; the design is among the best I’ve seen, the materials are top notch as is the construction and the understated look doesn’t make it stand out. It’s one of the best bags I own and makes for an excellent personal item for carry on air travel along with an everyday commuting bag.

TUMI isn’t the brand I’m not familiar with, my husband has backpack from them for years so I have a general idea what quality is. This bag is absolutely amazing craftsmanship, I was super excited to get it as I’m planning going back to work as soon as possible and that’s meaning laptop and files go with me and this bag will fit it all. Lots of space truly, pockets for anything and everything I would need, just perfect as far as space goes. Quality is amazing, I can definitely see how everything was made perfect and it’s just top notch and no surprises there. I guess my biggest issue is an actual look, for me as a girly kind of style, with dress and heels, this look a bit manly, and material makes it look rougher than on actual picture. Now there is always that piece that I only have to carry things in it but I also like when things look cute. My husband is eyeballing it for his job and I might actually let him have it as design I feel like suits more for men. Other than that this bag is absolutely perfect!
