Review: Comfortable and doesn't shift around - Bought for leg length discrepancy after surgery, this is hands-down the best I found after trying several. It is dense enough that it provides the needed height increase while still being flexible enough to allow for a comfortable walk. Love that they come either 2 right or 2 left, since only one side is needed to address LLD. Also love that it is the full length of the shoe so it stays securely in place without shifting. Easy to trim with scissors. It’s also easy to take in and out of my shoe, which comes in handy as it allows me to try my insert in other shoes when shoe-shopping. If I had one thing I’d change would be if it could somehow be breathable without compromising the way it works as my foot gets a bit hot at times when it’s hot outside, but it’s wonderful enough as-is that I’m going to stock up on extras as I never want to be without. I wear Skechers hands free slip on tennis shoes and it fits easily into most of the styles I’ve tried.

Bought for leg length discrepancy after surgery, this is hands-down the best I found after trying several. It is dense enough that it provides the needed height increase while still being flexible enough to allow for a comfortable walk.
