For ₹88, it seemed like a great utility buy, and its compact design is genuinely convenient for light kitchen chores. For soft items like garlic and ginger, it does the job decently. However, when it comes to tougher ingredients like almonds, or chewy-resilient textures like raisins, the cutter struggles. Instead of slicing, the blades tend to press and crush, making fine cuts difficult. One key disappointment is the blade quality. Even considering the low price, the blade sharpness and strength feel underwhelming. In wholesale manufacturing, blade units are inexpensive, and a marginally better blade wouldn’t have impacted the product’s cost significantly — yet it would have made a huge difference in performance. Additionally, the blade-base gap adjuster feels fragile. Under slight pressure, it loosens, reducing precision further.
