This was the worst hose I've ever purchased. I take very good care of my front and back yard hoses. I keep both on reels and I'm very meticulous when winding them up making sure they are straight and not twisted. In less than one year, both hoses have many kinks. Hopefully, small holes won't start appearing in the corners of the kinks causing leaks.

Seems like a good hose, but would not rate it as contractor grade. Not as flexible as I had hoped and seems to kink more easily than I expected as well.

My husband loves this hose (5 stars from him!), but I don't like working with it (3 stars). It is a good, heavy weight hose. I nice length, but a pain-in-the-bicep to move and recoil. After watering my plants, I leave it out in the sun for a few hours before fighting with it to recoil it because the cool water from the spigot makes it very rigid. It hasn't kinked, though, which is nice, and seals decently well with the spigot. Also, it is great for draining water heaters (and much easier to recoil after that...). If you need a heavy-weight hose, this is a good one. If you need just a basic hose, I would recommend looking for something a little lighter weight. Surely there is a middle ground between cheap and too flexible, and heavy and unmovable. :)

I paid $100 for the hose. When I tried it once, it was essentially unusable because it kept kinking up. There was a Home Depot return label so I took it to Home Depot and they gave me a $63 credit and their records showed that I had bought it with gift cards. Once they processed the return, I couldn't get them to cancel it. I should have returned it through Amazon. I ended up buying the high end (100ft) hose in the Home Depot store and it was far superior for a little over half the price.

I live in an apartment with a lovely back patio populated with my large plant "collection." I have been in this same unit for almost 7 years. In that time, I have lost count of how many water hoses I have purchased. These have included 3 different brands of flex hoses....a Total waste of money! I had despaired of ever finding a hose that would last a full summer. Then, I spotted this heavy duty hose on Amazon. It is not pliable like a normal vinyl hose, but that is an inconvenience I will willingly put up with to not be soaked by damaged, ruptured hoses ever again. So far, I am extremely satisfied with the product.

This hose was purchased in Aug 2021 and has kinked even while having water pressure (under use) since day 1. The outer layer has little bubble bulges throughout the entire length - I thought this might be for added durability, but obviously not. This hose was never used commercially - just my backyard. I never move it to different locations - the majority of the hose always stayed spooled up inside a protective hose reel. I have a Goodyear brand commercial hose that has been in my front yard for 15 plus years - exposed to sun & Vegas summers - still no issues. I always wait at least a few months to review a product I expect to last. I expect a minimum of 5 years from a commercial grade hose. The hose finally failed at a place where it would commonly kink while in use - 2 feet from the user end. Now I get wet every time I try to use it. I would not recommend this hose to anyone. I would definitely not buy it again.

Label says "Contractor Grade". It is NOT. It is a regular hose. I do not recommend this hose.

When you start dragging this water hose, it invariably kinks and you have to walk back and unkink the hose. What a bummer! However, the hose is made of very durable material.

This is a fantastic quality hose. It is very heavy and sturdy. I can stand on it without it collapsing. We purchased it with the intention of using it for our pressurized pump out line for our RV while it's parked at home (pumps into septic tank). It seems too good to use for that purpose considering the quality but I can't complain for the price!

Hose is kinked in its resting state with in the original package. I needed a hose that day so didn't have an option but to try and use it. If you rest it across your hand it folds and pinches off and wont allow water to flow through. Worst hose I have ever bought. NOT recommened.

Hose is thick rubber but the connection joints are made of plastic to look like brass. So far so good but not impressed on the connector

I have just connected one of the two hoses I purchased , and it is leaking at the compression fitting on the working end. How do I return this?
