These are good Ready mix Rassam Powder packsI loved it and they are easy to makeHowever just customize it a little by adding some more tamaring (since I like it tangy) and cFresh correander,few garlics and curry leaves .One tip: the dried burnt garlics which r in the ready mix, once they r soggy in water, just smash them with spoon and add back to the bowl. The best rasam I have tasted. In fact, instead of tea in the evening we have a mug of this rasam. It tastes so good with rice and also to drink it like soup. Other rasam powders you have to add some more ingredients to make it tasty but this one superb without having to add anything. The garlic taste and aroma are so good. Hats-off to the makers of this recipe. I have already purchased a dozen or more of these packs.

It tastes nothing like a a homemade rasam. It could be considered to taste something like bitter warm water. Plus they’ve added dried garlic which tastes absolutely rotten

It can be prepared within few minutes.I like the taste,But often I use fresh tomato,black salt and double the quantity of powder as prescribed for better taste.The aroma of the product is natural.I would like to order it again soon.

Not very spicy. Garlic forward flavor profile. Otherwise, tastes like an ordinary rasam. Undersalted if you use the recommended recipe (200ml/15g). It's good because you can add salt/spice according to your preferences. Quantity is about 4-5 table spoons. Does the job. Jar in picture has contents of 1 packet.

It tastes like manchurian soup with whole pieces of garlic, if you expect rasam do not buy it
