Great for everyday use.
This is a good birdie/shuttlecock for badminton. Has lasted well. Have been playing with the same brand for over 2 years. Can take a beating. Has always come in the proper packing. It is a bit expensive and therefore I was going to give it 4 stars instead of 5 but left it at 5 given the relative price of other birdies with similar price. Handles well during the game. Definitely will choose the yellow over the white, much easier to see during the same. Some of you may have a preference for the white due to past play experience but lot harder to see the white birdies during the game. Compared to feather birdies - it's a personal preference. But we usually go through one feather bird in one game vs. this which can last at least many games over a few days. We play at least 2-3 hours a day 3 times a week. Have fun and enjoy badminton!Pros:long lastingavailable in yellow - easier to seeas close to feather feel for plastic materialCons:cost

These Shuttles will last you a nice long time!!
I bought a 1/2 dozen pack about a month ago. The first Shuttle lasted us almost a total of 12hrs when playing a combination of singles/doubles.This is worth the price for durability and reliability. Will definitely buy again.

Good product
My son and I play badminton for fun. These birdies have been very durable. We have played for several weeks so far(we play more than 4 times a week outside) with just one birdie and it has not broken yet. We used to play with the birdies that came with starter sets. There is a huge difference with this. Both of us said, "Wow, these are great compared to the ones we used to play with!" They are a bit on the slower side, but that works for us. They also need to be hit harder for them to fly further, which is also not a big deal for us, as my son hits it hard every time anyways, and other birdies would just break. A good buy overall. We will see how long they will last from now on.

Fun to play with
So far we are thoroughly enjoying this brand. The ones that came with our set were bad - they started falling apart during the first game, and play was really sluggish... We've used the same 350 shuttle cock for over 3 hours of play now, and it is still in perfect condition. And it plays really well - good flight, good speed!

Best among Nylon Shuttlecock
This review is based on personal experience and I've tried the other model within the Mavis lineups such as the Mavis 300 and Mavis 2000. I consider myself an intermediate player and this model completely blows the other two out of the water with respect to flight trajectory and the sound it makes when hitting it hard. I know, I know...any respectable player out there would not even consider using nylon shuttlecocks for serious gameplay but sometimes you just want to play non-serious casual and not have to break your treasured feather shuttlecocks.Though I have to clarify that the flight pattern and durability is also affected by the climate in which you use these shuttlecocks in. For what it's worth I play in a relatively dry location above sea level and the winter here can get pretty extreme.

Use these instead of feather shuttlecocks
We went through Yonex feather shuttlecocks very quickly. Only one shuttle per day we could use for a paltry 30 minutes of play. It did not make sense economically to keep buying those. So did some research on what else we could buy. Those cheap plastic / nylon ones which come with rackets (from walmart or fivebelow) are terrible and I would never suggest anyone to use those.I bit the bullet and bought these 5 pack of nylon and we are still on our first one and have played like total 4 Hours till now (across multiple days). They have held really well and we usually play indoors (in the racket ball court). Will recommend these for people who play for leisure / fun. They should last longer than your plastic shuttles and are very good.

The color is very vibrant which make them easy to identify in the air and there are 6 ...
I purchased these as a replacement to the cheap plastic birdies that come with the children play badminton sets. They do work well, are lightweight and get the job done. I had anticipated that the rubber on the end would be a little heavier but the tips almost seem plastic as well. I don't think these are ideal for heavy use and may not last very long. The color is very vibrant which make them easy to identify in the air and there are 6 per container.

Great for recreational players
Not the fastest shuttles in the world, but they are certainly durable and consistent. Very solid and predictable flight. Take a lot of abuse before the flights start to break down. Very nicely weighted and the cork tip works well. Haven't even used a single tube all summer of playing. Next time I'll probably look for a faster shuttle, but for beginner/intermediate players these can't be beat.
