Fruit Bowl with Banana Holder, Chrome

This is my review for DecoBros Wire Fruit Tree Bowl with Banana Hanger, Bronze. This is such a pretty fruit bowl that has a brushed bronze coating on it. It would go with just about any type of decor you could imagine. This is exactly what I needed as it has a rather large bowl that measures 13 x 5 inches. So it holds a lot of fruit. Being that my husband and I are trying to eat healthier, a big bowl is perfect. So we have plenty of fresh fruit to munch on at any given moment. This fruit bowl is very sturdy and it will not tip if you just have bananas hanging from it and no fruit inside. Just make sure you put the plastic cap things that come with it or it will not be as study and will be a little bit wobbly. This bowl has a removable hanger so if you don't want to hang bananas or grapes you just don't have to install it and it still makes a pretty center piece. All and all this is an awesome fruit bowl. If I had to do it over again, I would still buy this one over and over again. I really have no complaints or issues. I am thrilled with my desiscion to buy this fruit bowl. It is easy to put together. It looks really nice and is sturdy. It keeps my fruit fresh and in sight so I don't grab the cookies so fast. It looks much more expensive than what I paid for it.  If you are reading this and you are debating buying this...just buy it already. You will not regret it one bit. :-)

I absolutely love this fruit bowl!!! It's large enough to get rid of the two fruit bowls I had on my counter taking up a lot of space, because they all fit in this one. Perfect for vegan families like mine who buy fruits and veggies in large quantities, it's nice a big! Or for anyone who just loves to get their fruit on🍎🍊🍌 The quality is amazing! When you lift it, you can feel the weight and how very sturdy it is. It doesn't wiggle or budge even with all the weight in it. I tested the arm that holds the bananas to see how strong it was, by placing two large bundles of bananas (7 per bundle) on it at the same time. And although it lowered down a bit further with all that weight, it still held up strong and sturdy!! Very impressive! It looks absolutely beautiful, especially with all the fruit in it. I love when a product is not only functional but looks GORGEOUS and doesn't break the bank!! I fit two 5lb bags of cuties/halos in the basket, plus a few left over from another bag😱 And of course a big bundle of bananas! Which by the way, did not touch down on the fruit underneath. I honestly couldn't be any more pleased! This fruit basket also came packaged beautifully and secure. It was wrapped in plastic so it wouldn't scratch in the box, during its travel. It came with a small picture direction sheet, showing you how to hook the banana arm on to the basket. And it even came with 2 extra scratch proof rubber bottoms for the 4 prongs that hold the banana arm on. I 100% recommend!! Look no further!! Beautifully designed, perfect for preserving bananas. If the bowl was slightly smaller capacity, it would be a perfect fit for me.

Nice fruit bowl. Exactly what I was looking for.Things I like best:1) Sturdy. Heavy wire.2) The banana hanger is removable, and it can be moved from the top wide to a lower wire. Handy for hanging under cupboards.3) Holds a lot, and will take large fruit like grapefruit. I use mine for butternut squash and sweet potatoes as well has regular fruit. Could be used for regular potatoes, too.4) Attractive enough to use for serving or decoration. Could be used to hold Christmas ornaments or other decorations as well as a fruit bowl.Things to aware of:1) This bowl is big. It takes up some counter space, and it holds a lot. Good for a large family, but we retired empty nesters might have to get creative to make it look full.2) Tall with the banana hanger even at the lowest height. Might want to make sure it will fit under any cupboards or anything else it might have to go under.

This is a pleasant surprise! More well made than I expected. Strong banana holder arm also. Simple, well thought out design makes it no fail (when they use strong iron or whatever the material is)!

It's okay, I like the quality, but the holder is not as high as the picture show in fact the banana actually hang really low in the basket with the fruit; if you place the banana on it where the picture show; the bananas will hang too low. The holder also isn't that sturdy, and have fell quite a few times, so I am thinking of not using it all together. I have fixed the banana holder where it hang, and have a little bit of room with putting the banana on the top highest part instead of putting it on the hook that's hanging at the very end, but you stand a chance of it falling after you get a banana from it. I want so badly for it to work, but no matter what it just doesn't work properly. I didn't get the little pieces you put on the end of the banana holder, but they were able to send out some and they came in about 3 days. I like the bowl, but wished the banana holder was more sturdy and durable. Those small pieces that's placed at the end of the bowl doesn't seem to help keep the banana holder sturdy at all. I've looked over the directions and follow them directly and they still have the same issue, I've also got a personal email from the owner on the directions due to so many people having this same issue, but sadly that didn't fix the problem. I'll make due, but wished the holder worked correctly. Good quality bowl, but flimsy, banana holder that's challenging to use due to how it's constructed or maybe I am not doing something right........but considering everyone else having the same issue; I think it's the banana holder construction.
