Best ever iron
Best iron I’ve ever bought - seriously so good. Solid heavy build quality, great steam function. Good control when ironing. Super smooth over clothes. Water tank is larger than most irons. Long cable too. My last 3 irons were Philips Azur and Russell Hobbs Powersteam. My 2 Philips irons both blew up at the soleplate. Russell Hobbs leaked and didn’t give a smooth iron. The Tefal exceeds all my previous irons in terms of quality and ironing experience. Never thought I’d ever say this but ironing is now a joy. Exceptional product.

One big iron
Everything we need in an iron. It's big and bulky, but it cuts through the ironing with ease. Highly recommended! At the same time, we also purchased a branded 124 x 45 cm ironing board to accommodate the size of the iron and it all works like a dream.

Probably not suitable for anyone with arthritis in their hand.
Overall the iron does the job adequately, irons well, uses tap water whereas my previous used distilled water, has a calc filter to collect the limescale, a nice long cable and the design is modern. The downside is that it is quite heavy although manageable, the turbo boost button situated under the handle is easy to operate but it does get in the way when you do not want to utilise it. The spray button although large and well positioned, it is not so easy for me to operate it as I have arthritis (not severe) in my thumb, whereas my previous steam iron had a small button so easier for me to use. Again because of my arthritis in my thumb the extra steam control button is difficult for me to continually hold across whilst ironing even though you only use it for short periods of time. Also as mentioned in other comments, it does occasionally drip water on the garment being ironed. I do consider it quite expensive for an everyday steam iron so if I did not have arthritis would I buy this model again, although not a bad iron, probably not.

Not the cheapest of irons but absolutely brilliant. Loads of steam work really well. Very pleased with it!

Brilliant
Never thought I would say this BUT I almost ( but not quite ) enjoy ironing with this .I like things to work & this certainly does. Ok uses a bit more water not a problem keep a jug handy thats why the steam works so well & it glides ! The only down side is the weight & I am strong .But for anything flat ie sheets etc that is not a problem ,Great cord length never understood why the average is only 2 meters in most cases

Disappointing Performance
I was really excited about upgrading to the Tefal Ultimate Pure Steam Iron, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. After just three weeks of use, I started experiencing issues with the iron leaking water and spitting out limescale. This was especially disappointing because it's marketed as having an advanced anti-limescale filter system, but in my case, that simply didn’t hold true.Initially, the iron worked well, delivering a powerful steam boost and smooth ironing. However, these issues appeared relatively quickly, making it hard to enjoy the product long-term. The iron also feels quite heavy when the 350ml water tank is full, which made it difficult to use for extended periods without fatigue. While the iron itself looks and feels premium in hand, I expected better performance for the price. I had been using a much cheaper iron for years and decided to invest in this one to enhance my ironing experience. I read positive reviews and trusted the brand, but in the end, it fell short of what I expected.Unfortunately, I had to return it, and it left me quite disappointed. If you’re looking for a durable, reliable steam iron, this may not be the best choice.

Brilliant Iron
Great product, I got it when there was a sale on so around £90, still expensive, but it really makes ironing easy, some have said it's a heavy iron, but you definitely need the weight to iron well, the best bit is that it maybe heavy but the sole plate glides over clothes, so the weight makes no difference. The steam generation is brilliant does not waver. There are no drips as it's a hugely powerful iron and it even has a decent water spray unlike others which are more like a water pistol! My old iron was a Tefal Ultragliss, which lasted 10 years, hoping this one does too as it's got the super useful built in upgraded calc filter too.
