These eyedrops do help my eyes, but don't the feeling of coolness with relief from the dryness doesn't last all that long. They're easy to use if you don't mind putting drops in your eye, although I always miss with the first drop. I do trust the quality of the brand, recently there have been several eye drop recalls.
