Apex Legends - 1,000 Apex Coins EA App - Origin PC [Online Game Code]

This product can be redeemed on ea website through origin or other ways but the only way to see your coins is to have it downloaded and running through origin if you are on steam you won’t ever see the coins so you’ll have to boot it on another computer under origin all the cosmetics you can see on steam or origin but you will never see these coins if your on steam they do work though!

I purchased the $10 Apex coins and redeemed the code on the EA website. When I redeemed the code, it said I would be awarded 1k Apex Coins. I clicked confirm and opened up my Apex game via the Steam App and my coins didn't show up. I submitted a request to EA support and spoke to an agent who told me to wait 24 hours to open the game to see if my coins would be awarded then. I waited 24 hours and my coins never came through, so I reopened my case and spoke to another agent who informed me that per their policy, I needed to uninstall the game on Steam and install the game via the EA App. I did exactly that, uninstalled my game from Steam and reinstalled it on the EA App. I opened up Apex again and my coins never showed up so I reopened my case. Another agent told me that the code that is generated from Amazon is corrupted and that I need to contact Amazon to get a refund or have them resolve this issue. It seems like the EA customer support doesn't know exactly what they're doing becuase they could've looked at my Apex account and realized that the coins were never awarded to my account but instead they pawned me off to Amazon. IF you buy ANY of these packs, redeem them IN-GAME and do not do it on their website because they will not award you your coins.

So the points are just fine, but in order to claim them, you have to do it through the origin launcher. For those who are playing apex through steam, like me, it's easier to buy the coins through steam. This is more of a dig at EA for this crappy transition. Yeah.

Had game open and decided to use code. It instantly went through and i bought battlepass with it. Only issue i had was on my end (added an extra letter by accident).

It was accepted by EA, and worked great.

Okay, so the code and delivery is more than fine, but they should make it more clear in the product listing that this code is only for and through Origin. I felt stupid once I realized that as I hadn’t thought of that prior, but it’d be a pain for people to have to install a whole other client to be able to use it. I chalk it up to EA as well for their platform and how they have a lack of integration in game for code redemption. But just a heads up. Otherwise, the actual code is fine haha. But if you have steam, please just buy the coins straight from the actual in game lobby.

Please DO NOT purchase this. You are making a gamble with your money. I contacted Amazon when these codes didn't work, and they told me I could not have a refund because "Amazon is not the seller" when Amazon's name is literally listed in the "Sold By" section. When I pointed this out, I was told I would be given a refund in 5 - 7 business days. It's been two weeks and nothing. Scam. Do not buy do not but do not buy!
