The best magnesium tablets. Have been using this for years I reverted to another main brand but we’re not as effective as these.

I’ve been taking NORMAL magnesium for a long time thinking it might have been doing some good!.....Unfortunately I was still suffering with palpitations , very unsettling, especially during the night. I then read about magnesium + and decided to try them, all I can say is MIRACLE! My palpitations stopped within hours and now a week and a half later everything is normal. I’m sure many will be very sceptical! However I can only describe my experience. They are expensive, particularly as you only get 28 days supply! So I’ll keep taking them for a while longer to prove the benefits or otherwise!

It was suggested that I take a Calcium supplement and these met this requirement. I've never had problems swallowing tablets, but I found these did not go down quite so easily. Perhaps a little smaller, round shape and/or a coating might help.

I am using this product due to suffering from ectopic and missed heartbeats (which are quite unsettling). After reading up on the benefits of magnesium I decided to give it a try. As soon as I started taking magnesium lactate my symptoms improved significantly. I feel calmer and as an added bonus my sleep has also improved. I wish I'd found this years ago. I've tried other types of magnesium but although this is a little more expensive than some, it is the best I've found. I can't be without it at the minute.

They are fine, easily swallowed and no nasty gipping. But a period of usage isrequired to form any opinion, it's not a TV!!!! 🤔🙄🙂
