The smell is nice. My hair is still hard to comb and haven't seen in new growth

My dermatologist recommended both the shampoo and condition for my excessive hair loss from covid. I could buy it at the office which I did a couple of times then they stopped carrying and told me to go to Amazon. Very happy because it's way less expensive! A little goes a long way on both the shampoo and the conditioner. It does what it says my hair feels much thicker even though I'm still losing hair! I can tell by running my hands threw my scalp vs styling my hair. Does that make sense? I guess it opens up the follicles for each strand to feel thicker? My hair holds a style longer too.

I have had 3 brain surgeries, after the last one in 1/2020 (right when COVID hit as well) I was worried having 0 hair and winter coming plus 1/2 my head now is a prosthetic skull.
