We have purchased a few of these units and as with anything else, you will get one that may fail. When I reached out to NAVAC support and informed them that one of their units I purchased stop working and it was within the warranty period, they responded quickly and send me out a new replacement unit immediately. I had it within a couple of days, and they did not make me go through any kind of troubleshooting steps, or give me a hassle of any kind, but rather just took care of this for me immediately. Not too many companies respond so quickly and take care of you so quickly, this is an excellent company with a great product, I would not hesitate to buy one of these units if you are considering a new vacuum pump. ### ⭐ Should I trust it?
