I purchased these bulbs in July of 2022, approx. 1 year later some of the bulbs started to fail. As of August 31, 2023 approx. 12 of the bulbs had failed (blinking, dim or not working). I contacted Great Eagle and they were very prompt with their response and tried to troubleshoot what may have caused these bulbs to fail. Per our findings, there is a possibility that power surges may have caused these bulbs to fail. Great Eagle refunded me the purchase price for these 12 bulbs. This was great customer service and I would recommend using this manufacture. The rest of my bulbs are still working great and are very bright.

Our new house came with recessed lighting in every room, except the bedrooms. The spotlight bulbs that came with the house were 9w 650 lumens 2700k LEDs (soft white light/yellow light like your typical, old-fashioned, incandescent bulb), and with the hideous eggshell wall color in every room, the yellow light from the recessed lighting was really a drag on everyone's mood, especially with the shorter days of fall and winter. It was the worst in the kitchen where we spend so much of our time and the 9w 650 lumens 2700k spotlight LEDs didn't provide enough light for food prep in the kitchen. We lived with that yellow light for the first 10 months in our new house, as we had trouble finding appropriate spotlight LEDs to replace them with. Finally found these Great Eagle bulbs in a 6-pack (exactly what we needed to swap the spotlight bulbs in our kitchen). We got the 11w 850 lumens 5000k spotlight LEDs, and it's a much happier, brighter light in the kitchen, which provides ample lighting for food prep, and looks like a bright, sunny day indoors. It also makes us forget about the hideous eggshell color of the walls. If you experience SAD, you'll appreciate these bulbs. We repainted the wall colors in some of the rooms throughout the house with something brighter and more cheerful than eggshell. For the spotlights in the recessed light sockets in all other rooms, we used 9w 650 lumens 5000k spotlight LEDs (replaced the yellow 9w 650 lumens 2700k LEDs). Throughout the rest of the house, just changing the color of light from 2700k (soft white) to 5000k (bright daylight) was a major improvement even though we stayed with 9w bulbs. I highly recommend 5000k (daylight spectrum) LEDs if you live in a more northern area with noticeably shorter days in the fall and winter, especially if you experience SAD. If a bright, sunny day makes you happy, the 11w 850 lumens 5000k bulbs are great in the kitchen. Depending on the amount of time you spend in a room and the activities you do in that room, 9w 650 lumens 5000k bulbs may be adequate for your needs. All of our bedrooms have a ceiling fan with 4 light fixtures, and we use [4] 6w 5000k bulbs, which is ample lighting for a bedroom with 4 ceiling light fixtures. Some people find the yellow light of a 2700k bulb warm and inviting, but don't underestimate the positive effects of daylight spectrum bulbs (5000k) and light, bright, cheery wall colors on your mood.

Let there be light!. I do not like a dim light in my kitchen. I purchased the daylight bulbs and I love the brightness. It’s a great deal for the buy, can’t go wrong.

I used 3 out of 4 in the living room and they are all burned out after 15 months.

The lights look fine. I wanted daylight (bright white) bulbs in my kitchen and bathroom so that I could see well. The kitchen has no window and even painted white it is dark. I bought all new light bulbs when I renovated a year ago so Ghengis bulbs would be the same in the kitchen and bathroom. First, the bulbs start flickering which seems to affect several of the bulbs nearby. This goes on for a week or so before the one bulb burns out. I have six canister lights in my kitchen and in the last year I have replaced all, some of them twice now going for a third time. I don’t leave the lights on continuously. I turn them out and use nearby lamps when we leave the house. Instead of storing the lastest box of bulbs in the garage I just kept them on my kitchen counter for the last four days, and yes, yesterday a bulb(s) started flickering and today I need to replace another one. So much for all the wonderful hours I was supposed to get out of LED bulbs! I am starting to look for a better product. I would not recommend these bulbs unless you don’t mind replacing them often.

Love these lights! No trouble with them. On in the evening, off in the morning and last a long time! Definitely recommend!

I bought a bunch of these lamps (18 in total) in the last few months, and now how 3 of them do not work. Some of them start flashing, some become dull over time and stop working at all.Do not waste your money.
