Small and lightweight, perfect for rucksack medical essentials.
I got this to put a few medical bits in such as plasters, paracetamol and allergy tablets. Didn’t want anything too big or heavy as it was for my everyday bag so this is perfect. Seems well made and strong so, expect it will last many years. Very pleased.

What I was looking for
This fit the bill, I wanted a small pouch that fit in my 5L MTB backpak which is identifiable that fit essential first aid. It looked like it might be water replant-ish (I keep everything in baggies anyway), but I choose to add some water proofing to mine with melted beeswax for extra insurance.

Useful first aid organiser
I needed a first aid kit for a long distance walk I am planning with two friends. I like this one because it has different compartments making it easier to organise the contents. Things like plasters and tic removers are now very easy to find! The large compartment is big enough to put everything we are likely to need to deal with minor things: cuts, scrapes, blisters, burns, sprains, insect bites, diahorrea are all covered. I even squeezed in a bottle of insect repellent. So, overall I think this is a good bag. It appears well-made, although i've not used it in anger yet.Cons: the velcro closure. I'd rather a more substantial closing mechanism such as a button or tie. I guess I can put a strap around it to compensate, but it's definitely a design flaw.

It does say small and yes I did need small but it ended up being too small.

Tirette de très mauvaise qualité
Petite trousse pratique à première vue, mais la tirette s'est cassée à la première utilisation ... (11 mois plus tard après avoir rangée le nécessaire de soin). Ne plus savoir ouvrir sa trousse de soins dans les moments où on en a le plus besoin, c'est pas la joie... La tirette est en effet de très mauvaise qualité, à ce point là c'est du vol.
