It is 2" long so realize this is a larger sized cross. It has a nice weight to it and the curved design keeps it from catching too much light, yet it still shines perfectly. Personally, I like it better than the flat cross designs.It is stamped with both "USA" and ".925" The back side has a textured pattern and is much more flat than the front side. It fits perfectly on a "3mm .925 Sterling Silver Diamond-Cut Rope Link Chain Necklace" ( http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CWNKKQ2/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) purchased here on Amazon. It does just barely fit on this 3mm necklace, so I would not recommend trying this with any chain larger than 3mm. It might fit the chain but the clasp might not fit through. The connecting piece does seem to have a "split" design but, I personally wouldn't mess with it unless you are experienced with such things. You wouldn't want to risk scratching it or messing up it's shape.My pictures do not do it any justice but, I hope they help out some what. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great cross and 100% accurate description of product by seller! It came in a cardboard box which had a ziplock bag in it in that plastic bag was the pictured red cloth bag that contained a smaller jewelry box with the cross. So PLENTY of protection from destructive wreath of shipping personnel. When I took out the cross out of packaging it turned out to be just as description said. Which is hard to come by in today's world. Anyway, the measurement of the cross: length 2 inches long with the ring and about 1 and 11/16ths of an inch long without the ring, width: 1 and 1/8th of an inch wide. I am a guy 6'4" tall and it fits me perfectly. One must keep in mind the size of the cross before buying it as it may turn out to be slightly big on a smaller person. Although it is big but it is not of humongous size. Overall a good quality product with the 925 stamp on the back and if you are looking for a simple yet elegant cross try this one. It is well worth every penny. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Sized *by J***S on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on September 15, 2015* I like sterling, so I'm biased to begin with, this is a nice, heavy and "manly" chain and cross, big enough; only prob, and it's not minor, is the cross is shined up and rounded on the "Facing" front side, but not on the back, it's like textured and flat, so if it get's turned around, it isn't so attractive. Silver is nice when it's shined up, the back side (both sides should be "presentable", IMO) is rough, can't be shined, it's obviously the "back" side.
