Don't be fooled by the others that May have brighter lumens. This is all u will ever need and the headband is more secure than other higher lumen products. This will accommodate a ladies smaller head without any problems. I was amazed and would order again and again. I gave this to my favorite duck hunter who went on a guided trip... He came back and told me the guide even wanted to order one.... And that I gave the best gifts ever... MIKE DROP!

Pros:BrightnessFocusing ability of the beamRed LED on the back of the lampWhen tightened sufficiently, the light mount and the battery pack put juuust the right amount of pressure on those spots on the back and front of your head to empty your sinuses.Cons:This thing is WAY bigger than they make it seem. You will look super dorky in this. Like, way more than a typical headlamp. Also it's bulky, both front and back. For scale, rechargeable battery pack at the rear look like 2 AAs but they actually about 3x the size of AAs.Both the bulk and the short battery life make this incredibly unwieldy and impractical for anything other than glamping, despite the marketing (you aren't going to hike with a power brick). It died on the second night I was camping, and luckily I had a way to recharge it. I like the product overall, but I'll be using it for home repairs and working on my PC. To be fair the battery life is as advertised, so I'm not taking off stars for this, just warning other buyers to rly thing think out how you want to use this.There is no green mode to make you look like Sam Fisher.

I was really liking this light, and would have given it a 5 stars rating until I accidentally dropped it into the mud and realized just how NOT waterproof they are. I work as a rig washer in the oilfield (a very wet, and dirty job) and thought that I’d try to remedy a recurring problem that I have in this field; all of my flashlights and miner lights die within, literally, 3 or 4 uses. They get wet and just stop working. I’ve tried taking them apart and drying them out and thoroughly cleaning them to try to save them, but to no avail. I will give this miner light a little bit of credit, though. It has been the only one that tried to come back to life but it only turned on one last time and then the button wouldn’t work anymore to turn it back off and, once it turned off, that was it. It never worked again. Now, to be fair, this actually was a great light, but I wouldn’t call it waterproof, by any means. At least not for the amount of exposure that MY job will put it through...

My job requires me to be 'on call' for emergencies that often bring me to dark and scary places in the middle of the night- I bought this to have a hands free light but wasnt excepting a whole lot.This is, hands down, the best light I have ever used. Nobody can believe the beam on this thing. When I set it 'wide' I have what is essentially daylight around me- When set for range I can literally find a broken pole in the middle of a cornfield from 1/2 mile in total darkeness. No joke.Battery power is great (for me) but I've never had to use this for more than a couple hours- But it'll easily do 2+hours.-This is one of those items that I will gladly buy again and again as needed. Its built well, it works amazingly and it really is the best light I could ever want... I was going through my orders and realized I never gave this a review.

I’m gonna give this all 5’s but I will be slightly critical here, it is just a bit bulky, and I believe the product description stated that a full charge battery would last 8 hours, I’d say my results were closer to 6 and a half. But I did give it all 5’s right? So here’s a deeper look into why; although maybe a bit bulky it is a very sturdy trustable light and if you’re gonna be out in the water night fishing like I do with it you want a unit you can count on, and this guy is it! As for the Battery life, I believe there are 4 lighting modes , just the big bulb, just the 4 outside bulbs, all 5, and a flashing mode , my test that showed 6-6.5 hours battery on High (all 5 bulbs) I should state the first 2 modes are plenty of light in themselves and I’m sure would extend the length of the battery, it also fits nice, is easy and pretty quick to charge, relatively light, and comes w a little carrying bag.

Very very bright! Using the spotlight you can see exceptionally far away. It can illuminate a massive range or spotlight, animal eyes illuminate well beyond a hundred yards, and I can do intricate work in the pitch black of night no problem. I've never had problems with battery life, even with daily use. I just charge every other week or so to be sure I have it when I need it but I haven't managed to run out entirely which is very impressive.Only downsides are the bulk/weight and the adjustable buckle holding the elastic headband seems to loosen easily and I find myself having to retighten it pretty often.Despite a few flaws I these headlamps are a great buy and even worth the carry weight on packing trips with just how much light it provides. I'm purchasing several more and recommend them highly.

So this light is pretty amazing. Its super bright, comfy, easy to work and is very adjustable. Overall a really great purchase. It had some of the best reviews. That being said I did get a bit of a chuckle by the size of this thing. Its light but man its like a stadium light on your head. That being said I have no intentions of sending it back because it works so well. So I will be wearing this giant amazing light while hunting knowing this thing will keep me from getting lost because its brightness is the equivalent of the bat signal.
