Real Shades not great abot honoring warranty claims

My son had a pair of sunglasses that broke. I requested warranty support from Real Shades but they claimed the duration of the Guarantee was 1 year (these were over 1 year old). Nowhere on their site is a 1 year limit, they explicitly do NOT have a time limit mentioned in the explicit warranty language called "Real Guarantee." This was disappointing.
