Timberland Men's Son Canvas Work Short

I prefer to wear cotton/ canvas because they are more natural fibers and some people say plastics based shorts leach microplastics into your bloodstream. Gotta protect the boys downstairs. On the most humid days they will be absolutely soaked but they do not chafe like some other cheaper brands because of superior construction. The side pockets are very helpful as they don't obstruct my work pouches, I keep my phone and a pencil in there with no issues! Extremely satisfied with this purchase. Very comfortable.

Had been wearing Wrangler Riggs cargo shorts for years, but it has been difficult to find my size recently since there were only three colors. These were cheaper, but so far after wearing them for several days in total they're a very good replacement.Good: I really like the 100% coton shorts. These aren't too relaxed and have a good fit without being too snug. Not a crazy number of pockets, but a useful number. I really like that these shorts have a metal zipper and closure instead of plastic and a button.Could be better: The front pockets could be a little longer. If I put my phone in my front pocket it's a little short for sitting, but there's a dedicated phone pocket that works. I'm still getting used to that feature. The only thing I would probably change is I like the thicker belt loops on some of my other shorts.Bad: Nothing really that I've found so far, hence the 5 stars.

These shorts are awesome, very durable and look nice. Only downside is that it runs a bit small, around my waist and thighs it was a little too tight, enough so that I couldn’t fit my phone or keys in my pocket. Was able to give it to my brother who wears a size smaller and they worked great for him.

Great shorts for the money but fits small. I’m a 38 but needed to buy a 40. Trust me, buy a size up.

After wandering through the retail stores and then shopping online, I realized that looking for a pair of 100% cotton shorts among all the "plastic" and "flex" material was like finding a unicorn. So thank you Timberland. I bought two pairs.

Perfect fit! I use them for work in construction. The material is strong and not too thick.
